Conservative treatment of Unruptured Tubal Pregnancy



Abstract
Retrospective studies were made on 8 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancies diagnosed by sonography, clinical symptoms, land serum ¥â-HCG regression times, for aid of laparoscopy in need.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1. Initial symptoms were low abdominal pain in 8 cases all, 4 cases (50%) showed vaginal spottings.
2. Laparoscopic management were performed in 4 cases (50%), conservative surgery was done in 3 cases (37.5%), and methotrexate chemotheraphy was done in 6 cases (75%).
3. After management, the serum ¥â-HCG regression time below normal level was 17.57¡¾9.53 days in average.
4. None of the cases showed any side effects of chemotherapy or complications due to persistent trophoblast.
I case gained normal intrauterine pregnancy land maintained without any congenital anomaly or obstetric complication.
